As part of an art project in 1997, we started to make papyrus out of fruits and vegetables. The concept was to have a paper available that reflects upon the cultural needs,by referencing to food as essential element of live.
No adhesives are used for any of the papyri.

First papers were made out of carrots. They were part of an art installation and became the base for the wide variety of papers to come.
The first glass table tops were manufactured. Successfully vegetables and fruits were fused into glass.
Various print techniques were used to transfer various images onto a variety of fruit and veggie papers.
